UN Women Australia is the National Committee for UN Women in Australia and is one of 18 National Committees including the US, UK, Sweden and Canada.
The National Committees support UN Women through membership programs, raising public awareness of gender and development issues and fundraising for UN Women projects around the world.
Since its inception in 1989, UN Women Australia (formerly UNIFEM Australia) has grown and now includes the National Office in Canberra, as well as UN Women Australia Chapters, International Women’s Day Committees and Young UN Women Australia Committees in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Perth.

M.A.N. the peak body for service providers, organisations and individuals concerned with men’s health, wellbeing and other issues affecting males of all ages in Western Australia. It is a not-for-profit non-government organisation that receives financial support from the Department of Health.
The primary role that M.A.N. plays is resourcing the sector through supporting service providers, organisations and professionals from various disciplines, who work with males of all ages. In addition, M.A.N. provides information to individuals about appropriate services and professionals, plus provides general community education and raises awareness of the issues affecting males of all ages.
